‘I Hate that thing…I want one.’

So, today is Tuesday. Yey. I could actually care less sorta.
I couldn’t sleep well last night, my brain just wants to keep running and running, which in turn, makes me get less sleep. Which makes me cranky. And headache-ridden.

Okay – enough negativity.

The title of the post comes from ‘Supernatural’ episode 8×20 ‘Pac-Man Fever’, with recurring guest star Felicia Day as Charlie Bradbury.

Charlie, our LARP(ing) Queen of Moondoor (see 8×11 LARP and the Real Girl), and hardcore hacker and gaming-geek (see 7×20 Girl with the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo). Of course, she’s played by the amazing Felicia Day (see link at end of this for twitter..), who is one of the most awesome-est women that I haven’t yet gotten to meet yet. Sadly.

I’m really EXCITED!!! Excited doesn’t even cover it actually.

Charlie is coming back for the new Season 9 of Supernatural for the 4th episode titled ‘Slumber Party’. The synopsis could NOT get any better!!

Supernatural 9×04 – Slumber Party
Synopsis: ELICIA DAY RETURNS AS CHARLIE/SAM, DEAN AND CHARLIE MEET DOROTHY FROM OZ — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) discover that the table in the Men of Letters house (the one that lit up like a Christmas Tree when the angels fell), has an ancient computer attached to it. They figure if they can get the computer on, they can track the angels. Who better to call for help than the best IT girl there is, Charlie (guest star Felicia Day)? While moving the massive computer, they dislodge a hidden hexbag that unleashes a magical green-webbed wall. Sam and Dean break through it and discover the one and only Dorothy (guest star Tiio Horn) from Oz. She had trapped herself and the wicked witch (guest star Maya Massar) in the web years ago to stop the witch from finding the key that would open the gate that connected their world with Oz. With the wall broken, a massive and magical fight ensues that threatens to destroy the Men of Letters house.

OMG right? Okay, I LOVE Felicia Day. I LOVE Charlie. I LOVE Wizard of Oz. I mean, my FAVORITE Childhood movie! Okay – time for a “Go-Crazy” moment….

1….2…3… – GAHHHHHH!!!!! *Yells and Dances around the room*

Okay – Sorry. Moment over. I’m dumb, I know. But I can’t help it!

Will follow up with a post about Tonight’s ‘Supernatural’ episode 9×03 ‘I’m No Angel’, which is a Castiel episode. If you’ve been watching, you’ve seen that Angel-Of-The-Lord Castiel is no longer an Angel. He’s just Cas. Human-Cas. The Angels had fell in 8×23’s ‘Sacrifice’. And so, Cas is in trouble and the boys have to find him! :3

Anywho! Felicia Day’s Twitter: www.twitter.com/feliciaday

PS: I’ll have more posts not Supernatural-centric. I swear.

  1. You and Krystel have almost got me convinced to get Netflix, so I can see this from the beginning. Between Supernatural, Dr. Who, and Sherlock, it’s almost a done deal.
